2. For process connection, strong comprehensive application ability, skilled use of 2D and 3D design software, clear idea of process tolerance in the design, and detailed specifications for drawing.
3. Be able to unite and make progress, treat people with courtesy and restraint, do things with principles, and do not shirk and slack off.
4. Can work stably for a long time, with good cooperation.
5. Bachelor degree or above in related majors.
